BOXING

Boxing training combines physical conditioning, skill development, and mental focus to improve a boxer's technique, speed, power, endurance, and agility.

The training involves exercises and drills like shadowboxing, hitting bags, footwork, and sparring. It's a comprehensive approach that requires discipline and dedication but has significant rewards for both the ring and everyday life.

MUAY THAI

Muay Thai training is a demanding martial arts program that focuses on physical conditioning, skill development, and mental focus.

It involves exercises like running, weightlifting, and sparring, and develops skills such as punch, kick, knee and elbow strikes, clinching, and defensive moves. Mental focus and discipline are also crucial aspects. The program requires dedication and hard work, but the rewards include physical strength, mental toughness, and self-confidence.

NOGI JIU-JITSU

No-gi Jiu-Jitsu is a form of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ) that focuses on techniques that can be used without the traditional gi uniform. The training typically involves warm-up exercises, learning and practicing various techniques, and live sparring sessions.

It emphasizes practical techniques for sport and self-defense situations, relying on body positioning, speed, and agility to gain an advantage over an opponent. It is also a great workout for developing strength, flexibility, and mental toughness.

YOUTH MMA

Youth MMA focuses on core fundamentals for our all of our youth students from ages 5yrs to 12yrs old. The first component of the class focuses on striking fundamentals in boxing and kickboxing.

The second component focuses on wrestling and NoGi Jiu-Jitsu fundamentals while building a strong foundation and helping our students gain confidence not only for self defense but for those that also wish to compete in future grappling tournaments.

The Women's Fitness class is a comprehensive program designed to empower women of all fitness levels to enhance their mobility, build strength, and improve overall fitness.

The class is heavily based on circuit training using various modalities such as sleds, ropes, calisthenics, bands, ladders, kettlebells, dumbbells, etc. The class utilizes a variety of methodologies, including mobility exercises, strength training, and cardiovascular conditioning, to provide a well-rounded fitness experience.
